The Expert Council is a permanent advisory collegial body of the University. It provides scientific, methodological, analytical, and expert support for the University's activities, including educational programs (individual courses, disciplines, modules) and research plans for the University's research and educational departments.
The Expert Council is formed by the Rector and the University Management Committee. The Council is divided into sections for each of the University's priority areas of scientific, technological, and educational activities:

The Expert Council compiles a list of invited experts whose task is to conduct a comprehensive, competent, and objective expert assessment of each of the University's priority areas of scientific, technological, and educational activities.
The Expert Council operates on the principles of objectivity, the elimination of conflicts of interest for any reason, and compliance with ethical norms and standards.
