About the University

University Goals

  1. Creating an environment that motivates talented young scientists to engage in creative scientific, technological, educational, entrepreneurial, and social activities in the interests of the Russian Federation. A key element of this environment should be the ideology of technological entrepreneurship.
  2. Facilitating personnel training at partner universities. This will be achieved by assembling project teams of scientists from various organizations and regions of Russia to create unique educational programs, implement strategically important research projects, and then disseminate these programs and acquired competencies to partner universities.
  3. Promoting the sustainable development of the Sirius Federal Territory and realizing its potential, including its natural and climatic potential, and the potential of its residents. This is achieved, in part, through joint work with the Sirius Scientific and Technical Center to attract high-tech companies and stimulate the development of technological entrepreneurship.
