Scientific and Technological Council

The Scientific and Technological Council under the Presidium of the Foundation's Board of Trustees provides scientific, methodological, analytical, and expert support for the scientific, technological, and production activities of the Talent and Success Foundation.

The term of office of the Scientific and Technological Council is three years.
Meetings of the Council are held as needed, but at least once every three months.

Powers of the Scientific and Technological Council:

  • Developing the Foundation's three-year research program and submitting it to the Foundation's Board for approval;
  • Coordinating the Foundation's research;
  • Assessing the effectiveness of the research program;
  • Resolving other issues delegated by the Presidium of the Board of Trustees.
